Steven R. Kutner has practiced law in Central Florida since 1983. He is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts. For many years, Mr. Kutner was general counsel to the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Business Brokers Association, where he frequently was a guest speaker and lecturer. Mr. Kutner has also lectured for the Small Business Development Center of the University of Central Florida. Mr. Kutner is an affiliate attorney member of the Business Brokers of Florida.

Mr. Kutner's writings have been published for many years in the "bible" of business brokerage: The Business Reference Guide published by Tom West.

Mr. Kutner has served as closing attorney or as attorney for the buyer or seller in over a thousand transactions. He has a working relationship with many related parties to such transactions such as lenders, petroleum suppliers, environmental service companies, insurance companies, equipment and building inspectors, inventory services, appraisers, surveyors, certified public accountants, etc.

Mr. Kutner is often called upon by business brokers around the state to assist them with regard to business closings, commission disputes and general legal questions.

Mr. Kutner also has served as legal counsel in hundreds of dissolution of marriage cases, including complex custody, property and support matters.

Steven R. Kutner resides in Maitland, Florida with his wife, Mary, and three children. He serves as President of his homeowners association, and is the Chairman of the City of Casselberry Code Enforcement Board.
